Helpers! We spent a saturday morning doing lights. First Randi's house and then ours. It went quick with all the expert help.

We sure love Christmas time, and all the fun traditions it brings with it! We had a good time decorating, and managed to host a party (possibly the first annual.) Andrew is really excited for santa to come, and has loved watching Rudolph, and Polar Express. When he hears rudolph or jingle bells he gets really excited. I am eager for Christmas morning with such a happy kid to enjoy it with!

It is so fun having children with you on Christmas morning. Garrett is going to be a blast this year too. Do you guys go real big into Santa? We haven't tried to, but Olivia gets into him real big all on her own. It's funny sometimes when she's praying and says things like, "Thank you for Santa." She keeps making presents for people too. The other day she wrapped a penny.
That would be hard to wrap a penny. Did she put it in something? Yes, santa is a fun part of Christmas for us. Believing in Santa is so magical when kids are small. And I'm a believer that When you are small it's nice to be able to personify the magic of Christmas, and as you get older and can think abstractly then santa becomes that true meaning of Christmas and giving to each other as we are all God's children.
you got to love what little kids pray for. So innocent! Can't wait to see you tomorrow, however brief it will be!

How fun to have an annual Christmas Party. I've always wanted to do that but we can't seem to settle down long enough. Maybe we can now?!
